Come Get Your Inner Child

A somatic and reflective journey into childhood needs, protective patterns, the younger parts of ourselves, and the possibility of relating to them differently.

Come get your inner child
The heart of the work

Inner-child work is not about pretending the past did not happen or turning every adult difficulty into a childhood explanation. It is about becoming curious about the younger parts of us that learned what was necessary to belong, cope, protect or get through.

Explore

Meet the parts that learned to adapt.

The questions

This programme creates space to explore needs, patterns, memories, protection and the ways early experiences can continue to shape adult relationships with ourselves and other people.

What did I need then?
What did I learn I had to do to be safe, loved or accepted?
Which patterns still show up now?
What would it mean to respond to myself differently?
The intention

The intention is not to excavate your childhood for the sake of it. It is to build enough awareness and compassion to recognise old adaptations, understand their purpose and make different choices in the present.

The journey

Not a checklist. A place to notice.
