Build
Progressive strength and conditioning that meets you where you are.
Not every useful movement needs to be slow. Sometimes your body wants to lift, push, pull, carry, run, jump, brace and discover what it can do.
My strength and conditioning work brings a practical, functional approach to physical capacity. The goal is not to turn everyone into an athlete. It is to help people build strength, confidence, coordination and resilience.
That work sits alongside yoga rather beautifully. Rest and effort. Mobility and stability. Softness and strength. They do not have to fight each other.
Sessions are 1 hour. Individual sessions are KES 2,000, group sessions are KES 1,500 per person.
My strength and conditioning work also includes community and rugby development, supporting players and young people to build physical capacity, movement skills and confidence.
Training should challenge you, but it doesn't need to be a punishment for having a body. We train to build capacity, not shame ourselves into compliance.
